Too early in life, you increase a food baby solids their risk obese before pre-school age, according to a new study in Pediatrics.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that new mothers breastfeed their children for at least six months and the introduction of solid food from 4 to 6 months. This new study finds, the babies, who have fed, get the solid food before 4 months of age have a higher risk to obese.
The study compares rates of obesity in the 847 3-year old. The researchers found that the time of the introduction of solid foods their chances of becoming obese not affected children who were breastfed at least four months, at the age of 3 years. But in babies fed formula or finished silent before the age of 4 months, introduction of solid foods before 4 months reviews increased six times with in the report, that children in the age of 3 are obese.
"Our data support existing the American Academy of Pediatric guidelines, which suggest, as a child to wait at least 4 months before the introduction of solids.". And what sets our study close to, is that the increase of these guidelines in all members of the American public has the potential to reduce the risk of obesity in childhood, "author Dr. Susanna says huh with Boston in the hospital for children in the study."
Get more work, more children mothers
Are researchers are not quite sure why solid introduced at the beginning of obesity can be combined. Their best guess is that babies fed consume more milk, that breast-fed children and get more calories.
But Dr. Frank Greer, the former Chairman of the Committee on nutrition, which AAP fascinated is the fact, that researchers gain an increase in weight in children were introduced to solid beginning.
"they show that there was increase in the rate of growth for fed babies {age 3} before.". This makes me wonder, is this just a marker for the people who "suggests food between 2 to 4 months, introduced, that their entire diet is generally bad Greer."
Poor nutrition leads to weight gain can have after 3 years, the doctor theorised, not the time of the introduction of solids in the baby food.
Clarification can further research, but in the meantime, it is important to breastfeed your baby as long as possible and the introduction of solids, earlier and later.
